Types of Rollers
According to the material made of, the roller can be divided into
metal roller, ceramic roller, rubber roller and plastic (nylon)
● Metal roller: The roller with good impact resistant is not easy
to deformation, but it can not be impacted repeatedly, or it will
be easy to fracture. Also the roller is easy to rust and wear, it
will tear the belt in case any wear.
● Ceramic roller: The roller is insulation, wear-resisting,
corrosion resistant, non-stick, but it is easy to fracture as the
low impact resistant.
● Rubber roller: The roll is very light and with good performance
in shock absorption, but it is with high friction coefficient, poor
seal performance, easy aging and easy to drop black particles to
affect the quality of conveying materials.
● Plastic(Nylon) roller: The roller is dust-proof, waterproof,
corrosion-resistant, smaller power consumption, lower noise, and
with long service life. The suitable temperature is less than 80℃.
